Matt Barber, PhD
I am a molecular biologist by training and only recently moved into the field of evolution. I started my postdoc in February 2012 in the shiny new lab of Nels Elde at the University of Utah, studying molecular arms races between primate hosts and bacterial pathogens. Our lab is also interested in conflicts between hosts and viruses as well as experimental evolution.
