iPlant is oriented towards plant biologists but anyone can use their computing resource Atmosphere.
Register for iPlant, and then register for Atmosphere compute allocations.
Start an 'instance'. I made an image that has most of the software from the workshop installed! muscle, mafft, paml, migrate-n, lamarc, garli and MrBayes (mb)
Wait until Instance status: running (depending on load this can take a few minutes) −
You can now ssh into that instance using ssh or puTTy
<iPlant username>@<ip address>
So for the instance I showed above, I would use
