Getting started

MrBayes is installed on the class clusters so there is no need to install locally for these exercises.
It is suggested you create a folder called 'mrbayes' on the cluster and within that complete the work for this lab.
The datasets and sample output can be downloaded onto the cluster by typing on your command line

On your own machine, make sure that FigTree and Tracer installed. The links to download these are below.
